Case Mouth Varnish
The NATO specifications for projectile tip marking are defined in STANAG documents (e.g., STANAG 2310 and STANAG 4172 for). These standards ensure globally consistent identification of the type of ammunition.
There are differences between the US, UK, Germany, and other NATO countries, although the STANAGs are largely harmonized.

External Sealants
Our advanced external sealant is a low-viscosity, high-performance anaerobic and UV-curable adhesive specifically developed for ammunition waterproofing and mechanical retention applications.
Compared to conventional bitumen-based varnishes, the sealant significantly increases bullet pull-out force, resulting in improved projectile retention under demanding operational conditions while ensuring excellent environmental resistance.

Equipped with precision AdJet dispensing valves and integrated UV curing technology, the system ensures consistent sealing performance of the bullet and the primer. An optional vision system provides automatic inspection of both sealing areas for enhanced quality control. The semi-automatic workstation is operated by a single operator and can be integrated into ammunition production or packaging lines.The standard version supports 9×19 mm, 5.56×45 mm NATO, .223 Remington, 7.62×39 mm, and 7.62×51 mm NATO. Additional calibers are available on request.
Sealing Stand Machine

The fully automatic sealing system is designed for high-volume application of sealants to both the case mouth and primer pocket. The system features an automatic cartridge feeder, high-precision Andre AdJet dispensing valves, integrated UV curing, and 100% vision inspection of both sealing areas. Cartridges that do not meet the quality requirements are automatically rejected.The sealing station can be integrated directly into existing ammunition production or packaging lines and achieves production rates of up to 120 pcs/min. The system is available as a dedicated solution for a single caliber or with interchangeable tooling for multiple calibers, including 9×19 mm, 5.56×45 mm NATO, .223 Remington, 7.62×39 mm and 7.62×51 mm NATO.

The Andre valve is a user-friendly valve for precise application of low viscosity adhesives. Due to its compact size, it can be easily integrated into existing machines. The M8 sensor socket and exchangeable dosing needles allow a quick exchange of the components.
AdJet Precision Dispensing Valve

The Andre Control Unit enables the connection of up to 2 Andre AdJet dispensing valves to a PLC. It provides integrated overvoltage protection to prevent valve damage while allowing significantly finer control of the dispensing pulse than the standard PLC resolution of 5 ms, ensuring precise and repeatable adhesive dosing.
